Balancing The Stone ...

Once upon a time I read a story of a wise man in the East. It was a story about inner balance and - more important - how to reach that. Because the highest state of inner balance was/is the key to a happy, healthy and prosperous life ... at least to the wise man of the story.

You collect six stones in the bed of a river in which you bathe first. You take the stones with you and let them dry in the sun. Weigh them in your hand, feel their surface, learn them know so well until you can recognize blindly each stone.

The first state of inner balance you reach choosing the first stone for a pile you built on it with the other stones. Be careful which one you choose, cause it is the one and only foundation. There are exactly five thousand and forty ways you can order the stones to building the pile. But while you know your stones well, it should help you to find the right sequence.

For every stone you manage to get in balance, you reach a higher level of inner balance. The highest state you reach with finding the balance for the whole pile with the last stone ... the perfect inner balance is reached.

Once upon a time I found six stones. I dried them in the sun and learned to know them ... today I managed to finish the pile which @@#@$%&*!!! collapsed the moment i'd made the picture while I accidentally bumped the table ...
