An Old Favourite

Mrs CBL and I were in Aberdeen today to do our chores and afterwards rewarded ourselves by having a late lunch at our favourite Italian restaurant in the city, Poldino’s.

While Mrs CBL did a little shopping I walked up the road from the restaurant to Rosemount Viaduct to take a photo of a Nu-Art mural which is an old favourite of mine.  It is amazing that even on an cloudy day shadows are being cast by these high-fliers ;-)

Mrs CBL met me at Union Terrace Gardens to see it for the first time.  She was very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed her walk through the gardens.  I took a picture, a layered composition, of the terraces which are ablaze with colour, the wildflowers look amazing.
