Winding Down

We've been blessed with mild summer weather this year, unlike so many other regions of the United States.

I made a start at tidying up the front garden today, with frequent breaks to take photos. The extra photo is quite different from today's main photo, even though the flowers are very near each other. 

It was a welcome respite from reading newspapers online.
