Lunch for the Banded Demoiselle

Today was a day of torrential rain in the morning, but some sunny periods in the afternoon. We just stayed around the house, playing more games and relaxing. Sitting outside on the veranda by the river, I spotted this banded demoiselle had caught what looks like a mayfly, for lunch.
