Geum x intermedium

Flowers of Geum x intermedium, a naturally occurring hybrid between the Wood Avens (Geum urbanum) and the Water Avens (Geum rivale), seen this evening at Manar, Aberdeenshire, growing in the shady woodland alongside the Burnhervie - Inverurie road.
