Run Director for me today.

I arrived at 7.30 for a course inspection and picked up a few pieces of litter in the woods

I came across a car parked on the route and had a chat with the occupants about parkrun.  Then chatted with one of our D of E volunteers as we made our way to the start 

The ladies I walked with last week and the week before had returned.  That made me happy..

Jake the French bulldog is a regular runner but today he was tailwalking.  His tail has been docked.

Afterwards we went to Morrissons.  That worked well as I got provisions before heading home.

No progress in kitchen as the fitter was unwell.
