An afternoon rafting

An afternoon of rafting on the river Enns with My Adventure. Photos by our guide, did not bring a camera…
Really had a good time, guide was amazing and bilingual in English and German, commands to steer the raft were given in English, much to the relief of my girls. Although, I have to admit that being exposed to German, they are picking up the language bit by bit. The main photo was taken after we had a stop for a swim in the river (thank goodness for the wetsuits, the water was really cold). The girls and I loved that swimming/floating part! You’d have to walk upstream, jump in the river and let yourself float downstream.
In the extra photo a peddle high five after we navigated the trickiest part. As a family we manned the right side of the boat. It showed we all have rowing experience, we were a tad stronger than the other side ;-)
