Not fan-tastic

Even the outdoor fan was not going to tempt me onto the terrace today.

Quick trip into town this morning to procure Monday breakfast pastries for CarbBoy’s guests. Then cool beer in front of the match (Women’s World Cup Final for when I forget what we were watching).

The boys bravely headed upstairs into the attic (super-hot up there) with the new fan to play ping-pong, while I pottered around catching up on reading.

Later, a hot trip into town for late pizzas from a very overworked pizza man. Too hot to contemplate dinner for me - so I watched a movie then got an early night, leaving the boys to some imaginative cocktails and (apparently) some stargazing until the early hours.
