Derwentwater

No boats on the lake today ..... all sailing cancelled due to the gusting wind.

I walked along the lakeside path to Friars Cragg and then back to join E for coffee in the cafe just beside the Theatre By the Lake. We bought tickets for a performance of The 39 Steps pe formed by a cast of 4.

The weather today was disapppinting but we are in the Lake District so the rain is never too far away!
