Fun day babysitting my nephews today, fun afternoon spent in the sun, followed be circuit training and a run.

It's my first proper run in a year and I managed 2.8k, with only a 30s break in the middle of it, very pleased! I must have been feeling mad when I agreed to it last night but I actually enjoyed, mind you when running in scenery like this who wouldn't!
