Been very busy at work this break, not used to working so much! Definitely need to push to keep breaks as breaks.

Today my body clock was still in Queensland so i woke up at 5, Furio had an appointment at 11 so i went straight to the office and got a 5 hour work day in before I met him for lunch at this great japanese place in the city
