Shadows

I went for a short walk with Bruno after dinner. I was frustrated because I had grief counseling earlier in the day, and talking about my mom makes me sad and upset. I know it should help, but it's still so fresh, anything dealing with her really upsets me. Going for a walk with a dog helped a little.
