Push and Pull

Spotted these prefab tiny houses what are sold to city councils and transported around our country on trucks like here, as to reduce the lack of houses here. The transporter told me it's a matter of "Push and Pull" ~ I couldn't believe my ears; but apparently placing these houses is like putting up a tent! I still wonder if he pulled me a leg.
