A nice surprise

Belated Birthday post :-)

A lovely letter and photo box arrived today from my friend Ally. We were best mates from junior school and all through 7 years at High School, had some good times together. We've not met up for many years - maybe I should do something about that - but it's good to keep in touch and this was a lovely surprise.

Went out for a walk this evening. Ankle still not right so, as much as I wanted to, I'm still not running. Really miss it. I feel a bit like a Jack Russell that's been kept indoors too long! ;-)
