Hop to it!

Golden hops, ornamental variety….
I had a summer job working on a hop fam one year……the strings were mechanically picked, I was in the shed picking out the mud! I started at 7am…. And smelled like a brewery when I got home. It must have been fun in the years when families from the East End would take part in the harvest, but it wasn’t so social when I did it. Although I did find a boyfriend !
