W-I-D-E on Wednesday: "Balanced"!

It's hard to believe that this works - but it does! 3 knives and 3 bottles, no glue or trickery - just careful placement of the knives and it can easily take the weight of a casserole full of water. My Editor suggested it but we had to look it up to see exactly how to set it up.
