Croome Court

We spent most of today at Croome Court where we met John and Jennie for lunch.  After lunch we went down to the house to have a look around, they are holding a bird exhibition at the moment. On return from the house we settled down to pots of tea and a nice chat, leaving as the place was closing at 5pm.

This Adams designed fireplace is in the long gallery.  As the theme for today's Wide Wednesday hosted by BobsBlips is "balanced" this ticks all the boxes, a balanced photo and two figures with a mantlepiece balanced on their heads. And it is a wide photo!
