Last Run

Another lovely day but The Boss spent far too much time huckered over The Bossess office computer setting up a cloud backup system. I spend a similar time on the bedroom floor hunkered over my rug and checking the solar radiation levels and keeping the odd eye on happenings in the park opposite. Not a lot happens on Fridays so it was just a nice hot dog thing.
Everything picked up later when The Boss loaded me in The Bossess's car and we shot over to Queenstown to pick her up from the airport. The deal is that we get there and hang about until she is off the plane and has baggage, Errr Perhaps I should re-word that. Has picked up her bag and then she texts us and we arrive.
So we hung about here and watched the last Jet Boat complete the last Hamilton Turn and head for the George. It would have been mighty cold in that boat this time of day.
The right side of the frame shows a part of Queenstown that never see's the sun at this time of year. The truly affluent have electric heating on their drives to prevent surprise visits to their neighbours below when they leave in the mornings.
No place for a dog without grip booties.

Wave to the chilly tourists?
