Good job but….

Two guys from City Fibre turned up an hour early and did great work laying a cable under our front stone paving.  They made the paving look as though it had never been touched!  And they also drilled through the wall and fitted the box etc very neatly.  The only snag is…they found that the connection in the little hatch outside our property hasn’t been done properly.  So they have arranged for someone else to come and sort that out in the next couple of days.  We still have our BT broadband to use, so there is no problem as such.  And a kind fellow blipper has recommended a mobile phone provider so I have sent off for SIM cards from them.  They ‘piggyback’ on the Vodaphone network, so no problems with reception and only £5 a month each will give Stuart and me what we need.

So, good news on the whole!
