Paps and dogs

Bit of a lie in this morning before heading for a walk. Decided to head to the loch at the foot of the Paps as it was meant to the nice, weather was good and not too sunny. Trip out was OK but took longer that we thought as it was over moorland with some very boggy bit in it. Darwin was jumping around on the long grass having a great time all the way there. Arrived at the Loch and had some lunch. Darwin was fascinated with the jumping fish and had his head in the loch looking for them or was keeping an eye out on the rocks. Headed home before the weather changed and had Darwin off lead the entire was back as we knew there were no cattle around. He was very good not straying too far an coming back when told. Stopped to take a nice photo of the river at the end of the walk but it started to ran so gave up. Stew for dinner at the warm house and a game of Canvas before heading home for a dram and a good nights sleep.
