Yoga was amazing today. So relaxing and I needed it desperately (after missing it last week, due to missing the bus) and it was wonderful. I could feel all this tension melting away. My spine actually felt like it was on fire-an intense heat, a burning. But not in a bad way- at least I think it was a good thing...

Then I happily rode the bus home in my blissed out state. When I got to the flat, Deuchars had been by with my prizes! I shared my "Deuchars Moment" story and a photo on their facebook page and I won 12 beers and this jacket! Having beer couriered to the flat is sort of some strange dream of my youth come true....and at 41 it is still pretty cool.
