Another Day

Ragwort

After putting out the washing I managed a short walk and noticed that the wheat field has finally been cropped and collected.

The footpaths around the two playing fields are barely navigable, which I've never known before.  I'll need to take my secateurs out with me another time.

I've run off a couple of maps for our upcoming holiday in the south west and it's probably time I started making lists of what I want to take, as we're self-catering.

This afternoon JJ and I have been over the back taking out old fence netting and strimming up the side of the school's field so that when, eventually, the contractor cuts the hedge on the outside, it will be safer underfoot.
