Lemon Float pudding

An easy decision to make to choose between the above and a clump of Oregano I was dividing up to distribute to neighbours and friends. While Oregano is a decent enough herb it was not particularly photogenic.
Another grey day with the occasional short lived  light shower. Son G came for supper and enjoyed, both the pud and the first course of Confit of Duck with fresh veg.
