World Heritage?

This is what residents of Edinburgh's New Town give us. They objected to communal rubbish bins (about the size of a Mini but shorter & taller) in sufficient numbers for their household waste to have to be put out in black plastic bags. Some hook them on the black iron railings - very nice -others just dump them.

Edinburgh is on the coast. Seagulls don't mind where these bin bags are.
