Autumn Prepper

Took delivery of some logs to refill the log store today, dropped off whilst we were at work. I didn’t have time to unload them from the bulk bags when I got home as I had to go and look after Mum for a bit before visiting Dad in hospital and then heading back to mum to get her in bed safely, so a few tarps were placed over the top to keep the oncoming rain off for a day or two.

I think this is the earliest we have ever taken delivery of logs ready for the winter. They’ve gone up a lot in price since the first time, so we need to look at where we get them from for future refills, methinks.
