Twice a Day

It shows the right time only twice a day since it's sitting on one of my cabinets.
It's not mine, it's just borrowed - found it when I moved in here and was allowed to have it because I felt sorry for it. If it was mine, I would have gotten it repaired. If I wind it up, the chime still works, but not the clockwork. I wonder how old it is. 
(The dust on it is not that old...................).

20:10; 17°C and cycling with a jacket and a scarf - who would have believed that last Monday?
