Rita

A chat with April's neighbour. Rita is in her 90s. When i was a child her Mother was our neighbour, we used to keep an eye on her. Or my parents did. She would receive baked goodies, veg from the garden and so on. One day the curtains were closed in the morning, Dad went to check on her and found her on the floor behind the door. She had a stroke, went to hospital and sadly never returned home. Rita is still grateful for the care our family gave to her Mother.

We had a hug. And i took her picture so I can show my Mam when i visit this week.
