Two for One on Red Admirals

After an 8am walk to the surgery to make an appointment, I walked back an hour later to attend it, having had breakfast in the meantime. I now have an inhaler and she's sending me for a chest x-ray. Apparently I will still have gunk in my lungs even though I gave up smoking 12+ years ago.
