Goldfinches

Most finches and tits and sparrows are happy to share but the goldfinches ar quite aggressive to others even their own kind. In extra there is an adult and a junior and the adult gave the junior a good peck. I wondered was it the parent telling the young to go find your own or was it not the parent just telling a junior to get lost. 
We have been to Howdens for tea and scones with friends. We didn't go out to look at the plants as it was such a heavy downpour.
