Inchydoney

We're in Cheeryoscuro  territory here - I was looking out for a long lean shaggy dog and her long lean master!
We managed a big day. Book orders having been quiet this week but we suddenly got a considerable flurry and headed off on a delivery mission to Bantry, Skibbereen and Clonakilty. We rewarded ourselves with a tasty lunch and a Clonakilty ice cream, then decided further treats were in order and went to Inchydoney beach. The schools are back this week and the wide golden expanses were delightfully quiet. The sun made an appearance and it was all rather lovely. We also visited two holy wells as we were in the vicinity - one in an amazing cliff top position. Here I attracted the attention of a whole herd of young cattle, each roaring uproariously with anticipation of something I was unable to deliver.
