Sorted

After the car being towed last Friday, then another fine on Saturday for parking in the wrong residents area (outside the villa), I went into the Municipal offices. 

It turns out that my permit which was renewed last week was issued for the wrong zone (I may have clicked the wrong button). So now corrected and the Saturday fine has been cancelled.
