Blue Super Moon

As Kanyl frequently says "if there is something of astronomical interest our sky is ten tenths cloud!"  Well on this occasion he was wrong.  It was a lovely clear night, so Clickychick and I drove out of the village to higher ground to be able to see.

I wondered if I should call the blip a super blue moon or a blue super moon.  According to a gentleman on TV this morning a Blue Moon was the fourth moon in a season.  Then trivial pursuits printed it as two moons in a month and it has stayed as such.   A super moon as we all know is when it is at its closest to earth.  I doubt I will blip the next blue super moon as if I am still around I will be 91.
