EB of my spaghetti junction

Cleaned all morning. Went to Waitrose & Lidl for wine, nibbles etc for airshow guests due Sunday.

5:15pm repeat cortisone injection on foot which was starting to play up. Having an x-ray in 6 weeks. May have a small op in a few months time, when it flares up again.

Red Arrows were due at 5:30, but day was basically a wash-out. Brightened up for a brief period, so apparently the Arrows did 2 flyovers, but then the weather worsened so they abandoned their display. Next 3 days look good.

Didn't take any pics, so have PhotoSpiralyis'ed the spaghetti junction of cables next to me.
