Did I mention I lived in Germany way back. I was very happy there - but that’s another story

So today in Lidl I bought a Bundt Cake Tin and this is what I plan to make

I made it before in an ordinary cake tin and it was delicious. I only tasted a finger of it because it was for a significant birthday for my neighbour but she asked me to make it again for her aunt who is 80 tomorrow.

So that is what I am doing this evening and I love my new cake tin. I might make an extra half of the recipe and bring to early swim tomorrow
