Swing

I had a day at Lucys today keeping an eye on the children while she was working. We took the dog for a walk with Autumn after work and stopped off at the park. I declined to use any of the fitness equipment even though Autumn seemed convinced I could do it ;-) I left it to Lucy and Autumn to demonstrate how to do it.
