Third Time (Un)lucky

Pardon my cynicism, but this has been the third fire in this empty building in just over 6 months.

Originally this building housed the town's main post office and sorting offices.  It then became a pub and hotel.  It was later turned into a successful nightclub called Kitty's which ran as such for several years.

Fortunes changed so it eventually closed and was put up for sale for development.

It sat empty for a few years until 22 March this year when It went on fire.  The fire brigade put it out.  (The fire station is just 2 minutes away.)

Then on August 7th, it went on fire again and equally efficiently, the fire service extinguished it.

Today, 3rd September, it caught alight again.  This time, the fire really took hold, the roofs all collapsed, and the whole building has been gutted.

I wonder if it will be demolished tomorrow?
