When everyone around was losing their head......

We saw this man and his mates at the entrance of the underpass getting read to go to work. Given it was baking sunshine this morning and he was going to be standing in the sun larking around trying to persuade tourists to pay him to have their photo taken with him I am not too surprised he didn't look over enthusiastic.
