A Lovely Visit

Today, I had the visit of my grandson. At 1m84 he is too tall for Tiny Tuesday!  It was so lovely to see him and hear all about his plans! He leaves for Australia (Sydney) in ten days' time. He will be living there for 6 months, staying in a residence for young people and going to school every day. There will be English lessons of course, but also courses to learn about Australia. It's going to be so much fun for him!  A wonderful experience! 

He may prolong his stay and visit New Zealand for a month or more.  I am so happy for him!  He does well to travel now that he has completed his four year apprenticeship!  He may even want to return to Australia again after N.Z.  He is free until October 2024  when he needs to see about his military service (which is obligatory in Switzerland).
