A horror thriller about an FBI trainee sent to interview the cannibalistic serial killer Hannibal Lecter.

The scene that sticks in my mind is when the prisoner Lecter is transported to court strapped to a trolley with a mask over his mouth. I suppose the scenes where another serial killer is making a suit out of the skin of his victims is more memorable but personally I have tried to forget about that!
