Early run

Got up early to go for a run before it was too hot. Managed ok though it was very warm when I finished at about 8.15
Then did some work before heading to Lewes office for some meetings. After work went to Brighton to see baby Amber and also M who had come down to visit her. Very pleasant evening though Amber was unsettled, wanting lots of feeds.
