Acts of deliberate notice

It's very hot here at the moment - a last gasp of summer before the cooler weather sets in. This morning's misty sunrise showed a celestial body we don't normally get to observe - there was enough haze in the air that I could watch the sun coming up, and enough stillness for me to photograph it.

Trying to work out if it's dirt on my lens or if those little black spots are something moving in front of the sun!
