Pedal and Paddle

The day started with a cycle ride to Maryport for Richard’s newspaper. I really enjoyed the coastal path apart from the short section along side and through the golf club with warnings about golf balls!

After I dropped Richard decided in view of the high temperatures to hire a kayak and have a paddle. Really enjoyed my adventure on Derwent Water.

Picked Richard up after dialysis and headed back to Allonby and a super sunset to end the day.
