New era

Today marked the start of hubby’s phased retirement. From this week Wednesday will now be a ‘day off’ but at some points today when he was answering calls and emails it didn’t feel like a break from work. I’m guessing it will take a bit of getting used to.
We had a lovely tapas lunch out at a marina followed by an evening watching England ladies play cricket in Derby. The pink remote controlled car which you can just see in my picture brings the ball out to the umpire at the start of the game. It’s called Stanley. I think I’ve seen everything now.
