Camp bay

Put some laundry on to wash, then walked along to a local supermarket, only to find it was no longer open. Desperate for breakfast, we stopped at Piccadilly Gardens for coffee and toast before heading for the main supermarket in town. Caught a bus back to our accommodation at Rosia Bay, then had a walk down to camp bay. Great views of Africa from here today. This area has been totally revamped since we lived here in 1987, and we enjoyed a swim in the salt water pool. Had lunch at the Dolphin restaurant before heading back to our flat to change and head into town again. The local buses were now on strike, so we walked into town - and back. Very hot and humid, so exhausted by the time we got home again. Another early night.
