George's birthday today. Here he is doing what he does best....laughing at his own jokes. 
We had a monitoring inspection at work today from the Local Authority. The whole team excelled themselves. Particular shout out to my boys who were stupendous ! It was a joy to see everyone basking in their well earned success...I'm feeling very fortunate.
