Last Word

L had a craving for a Last Word - and so we went to Il Modo where we knew we could get one. It’s a very good cocktail but difficult to procure as it contains Green Chartreuse and the monks only make a limited amount - so with its increased popularity it is almost impossible to get hold of. We had some good pasta - made on site from scratch - good to enjoy some relaxation as classes have now got in full swing. Actually if you look carefully behind L you can see pasta drying on hangars in the background
