The humble Song Sparrow

Even though they are common I really like these birds. I love it when I first hear their call in the spring. It's a pretty sound. I'm happy they've been coming to the rail. Here's a video of one singing.
Another humid day and we are really looking towards a lot of rain next week. We are still waiting to see what path Hurricane Lee takes. We aren't in a direct path but will get rain. Nova Scotia may end up getting hit. I hope things are going to end up okay.
