Barrels

I saw this unusual sight when I took out the recycling this afternoon. Afterward, I went to the liquor store and bought two packs of beer. One is a strawberry ale that was aged in bourbon barrels, the other is an American pale ale.

I hadn't had the strawberry before. It was decent. I have had the pale ale before, so I know that's good.

I was thinking of sitting on the porch with one of the beers to just take in the outdoors, especially since a thunderstorm was coming. But then I realized that might be the dumbest old-man thought I've had, so I stayed in and drank it instead. I need to get a job quickly!
