Village Show

We judged the photography categories in the village show today and were pleased to see lots of good quality entries from the adults and the children. Once we'd decided the awards for each category we had a look around the other entries. As usual the children outdid themselves with decorated biscuits and animals made from vegetables! The crocheted Audrey II (probably done by an adult) was my favourite in the 'something knitted or crocheted' category! We found our taste in the paintings and sketches was somewhat different to the judges - our personal favourites were not given awards.

We were home again before lunch and I've spent the afternoon messing around learning how to use the Art History Brush in Photoshop (see extras). Next step is to dissect the brushes that came with the tutorial and make my own!
