Proud of this guy. London to Brighton cycle ride today in 3 hours 59 minutes. Dan didn't make it and Alan picked him up at Redhill. The other 2 guys took 7 hours .
Had lunch at a friends house today which was very nice and met 2 other people from the church who we talk to occasionally but not in depth .
Small shower today and much cooler niw
